Privacy notice

This page explains what information GoCoreTalent collects through this site, why, where it is stored, how long it is kept, and how to ask for it to be erased.

What we collect

The candidate form collects your name, email, optional phone number, optional LinkedIn profile, an optional CV file, and any message you write. The company form collects your name, company name, email, and your message. Both forms record the exact wording of the consent you agreed to and when.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to consider you for recruitment opportunities (candidates) or to respond to your inquiry (companies). We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond the recruitment purpose you contacted us for.

Where it is stored

Submitted data is stored in our database and, where a CV is provided, the file is stored securely outside the public web area. Only the GoCoreTalent admin can access it.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as it is useful to the recruitment relationship. There is currently no automatic deletion — retention is reviewed manually.

Consent & erasure

Both forms on this site ask for your explicit consent before submitting any data. You can request permanent erasure of your data — including any uploaded CV — at any time by emailing info@gocoretalent.com. We will confirm once the erasure has been completed.
