GoCoreTalent started with a simple frustration: too much recruitment is a numbers game — mass outreach, keyword-matched CVs, candidates who never hear back. Nicoleta built GoCoreTalent to do the opposite: a small, hands-on practice focused on European tech and mid-level management, where every candidate is reviewed personally and every search is built around the team hiring for it.
